We welcome dogs and cats! Weight limit and breed restrictions apply (call office for details). There’s a required one-time, non-refundable deposit per pet and a monthly pet rent. Please see details below.
Pet policy:
Only 1 dog per unit. Dogs only on 1st Floor, Cats can be any floor
Dog – $300 non refundable fee, $60 per month, 50lb weight limit, only non-aggressive breeds
Cat – $100 non refundable fee, $20 per month
$100.00 ($25 non-refundable per applicant, the remainder is put towards security deposit)
Upon approval of all application criteria, we require a $500 deposit and $300 one-time non refundable amenities fee.
There is parking directly adjacent to the building. $115.00 per month for gated lot, $60.00 per month for non-gated.
Residents are responsible for all utilities. No utilities included.
Yes! We have additional storage available for $40.00 per month.
